Service Charges

We offer two straightforward payment options for our IT support services:

• £99 — First 1 hour system check or service charge.
• £50 — For each additional remote connection after the initial check.

Arranging Payment

All payments must be arranged prior to service. Please contact us to confirm the actual price of any remote service before making any payment (This excludes the ITCAV Pack £99). This ensures clarity and avoids unexpected charges.

Refund Policy

If a remote connection cannot be established, your payment will be refunded in full. We believe in fair and transparent service — you only pay when we can deliver support.
