Service Charges

• The initial remote session is a one‑off fee of £99.00 for one hour. (The ITCAV Pack download is included in this intitial £99)
• Subsequent sessions are charged at £50.00 per hour.
• Once the initial £99.00 payment has been made, you are entitled to the £50.00 hourly rate for a period of two years.
• Please contact us in advance to confirm the Total price before the connection.
• Session time begins only once the connection is successfully established.
• If the initial connection cannot be made at all, you will receive a full refund.
